How are the orders packaged?
All shipments are sent with just your name and address on the label. Items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit, guaranteeing both safety and privacy.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. Packages are sent without any indication of the contents inside and include a discreet return address.

What is standard shipping?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-20 days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

What is the Premium Shipping option?
Our premium option includes full tracking through our logistics partners and is ideal for faster and more reliable delivery.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 4 pm may even ship the same day. Please note that weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we serve customers in the European Union. However, international bank transfers may take 1-2 days to process, causing slight delays. While we aim to ship international orders as swiftly as Swedish orders, delivery times depend on the destination country’s postal service, typically taking 5-25 days.

What happens if customs seize my order?
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations before placing an order. While it’s rare for customs to seize shipments, we’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution if this occurs.

What is Shipping Protection?
With Shipping Protection, we guarantee your order’s delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived within 21 days, we’ll reship it. If the replacement is also not delivered, we’ll issue a refund.

Do peptides need to stay cool during transit?
Peptides remain stable as long as they are kept out of direct sunlight during shipping.

How should I store peptides after delivery?
Store your peptides in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight.

What forms do your peptides come in?
Our peptides are available in vials of lyophilized powder, nasal sprays, or pre-mixed cartridges.

How do I mix peptides?
Peptides are typically mixed with bacteriostatic water or acetic acid. These solutions keep the peptides fresh and free of bacteria. If using refrigerated bacteriostatic water, let it reach room temperature before mixing for easier dissolution.

Why is my peptide cloudy after mixing?
Some peptides may be less soluble in bacteriostatic water, especially those with hydrophobic amino acids. For these cases, use a small amount of 10% aqueous acetic acid or ammonia to improve solubility.

Can I have your peptides tested?
Yes! We stand by the quality of our products and encourage third-party laboratory testing. Available tests include mass-spec, HPLC, and AAA.

Why does my vial appear less full than before?
The lyophilization process includes a nitrogen flush to eliminate contaminants, which may affect the peptide’s appearance. Rest assured, all vials are automatically filled to the exact specifications.

Why do peptides look different?
Variations in appearance, such as broken ‘cakes,’ are common during transit and do not impact the peptide’s quality or effectiveness.

What are your peptides intended for?
